I really am going to hell.... whose joining me?!
Dedicated to Scoot. Rockin Roll Man!!
So, I took care of a women who had downs syndrome. She is 42 years old but honestly has the mind of a 12 year old. She was fun to take care of though but at times got on my nerves. She was a die heart fan of QVC. The channel was on 24/7. If you changed the channel, she would start to cry. She also listen to Bon Jovi and Poison ALL the TIME! Well, leave it to me to teach her something I'm sure her parents are proud of. I taught her the rockin roll hand sign. I would go into the room and say, "Rockin roll(while doing the hand sign)!" She would give me the 'downs' look and here is a picture of how she copied it back to me.......

Looks retarded, right? It was so funny and cute we just kept doing it! Oh well, she loved the attention!

"The blood of Jesus Christ can was us clean...."
I was reading in the opinions section of the Clarion News and read this.....
Sins must be washed away
By Karen Baran, Shippenville
It’s logical and it’s a fact. If you play in the dirt, you’re going to get dirty. And if you don’t wash it off, you’re going to get sick.
And the longer you play in the dirt, the dirtier you’re going to get and the sicker you are going to get.
Mankind has been playing in the dirt so long, they don’t realize how sick they are. And if you try to tell them they need to clean up their act, they scream and holler at you to leave them alone, that they aren’t doing anything wrong.
And, they give nicer names to what they are doing, so that it doesn’t sound so bad.
One example: homosexuals and lesbians are now “gay” people. A feeble attempt to clean up their act.
Soap and water and words will not clean up our dirty sins. Only the blood of Jesus Christ can wash us clean.
He is the answer to all of our problems, but the world doesn’t want him. He’s not allowed in our schools, he’s not allowed in our work place and now he’s being kicked out of our government.
Even some “churches” won’t allow him in.
This is what Easter is all about. Jesus dying on the cross, in our place, to wash away our sins.
There is no other way to get clean.
It doesn’t matter how old we are. Doesn’t matter what our sin is, his blood will cleanse us all. All we have to do is repent of those sins and believe that Jesus is the Son of God, the perfect lamb of God.
His blood will wash us whiter then snow! Don’t you think we’ve “been looking through a dark dirty glass” long enough?
This lady has been writing in the Clarion News for years now. I always read her section because a couple years ago she wrote about homosexuals and how "bad" they are. Andy, you remember that??
This lady is a real christen nut job. She doesn't believe in the separation between church and ANYTHING! I so wish I could write...... I would write to the editor and rebuttal her argument. I've been wanting to for 2 years now!

YES....Recent Arguement!!
I will do my best to be as accurate as possible. Let me set the scene.....
*My dad was driving Liza and I back to Clarion after a viewing we attended(great aunt). I was in shot gun and Liza was in the back seat.*
Liza: Oh dad! The doctors think that Uncle Eric(Mom's brother) has Agent Orange!
Dad: Oh really. That's too bad.
Liza: Ya, mom said he's not doing very good. (sad tone)
Kati: Now Liza, you make it sound like he's dying! When people say somebodies "not doing very good," I think they're on there death bed.
Liza: KATI! SHUT - UP! That's what mom told me and I'm just repeating it!!
Kati: Well, you need to be careful what and how you say things. You tend to exaggerate at times.
Liza: You're not my mom so quit acting like it!
(1 minute of silence)
Dad: So what are we going to do for my birthday Monday?

To make things clear......he might have some health effects linked to the exposure of the Agent Orange during the Vietnam war. Is Agent Orange really a disease? I thought it was a chemical people were exposed to and had effects because of it? Let me know the answer if anyone has it.
I hope everyone has a great St. Patty's weekend! I will be enjoying my 36 hours of work Fri, Sat and Sun, 10am-10pm. Jealous, I know!

I got a letter!
I wanted to share with you the letter that I got from him........
I'm not supposed to be writing this right now but I don't care. If they find out I might get an ass chewing but by now its a second language. The only time the "RDC's" talk to you is either screaming in your face, or just trying to break you mentally or emotionally, HAHA. It doesn't bother me that much. I don't take it personal. But anyway, I'm doing very well. I can honestly say I'm one of the best recruits in my division, both physically and as a recruit in general. We had our first inspection today and basically what that is, is a piety officer comes in and inspects your uniform (everyday uniform) and everything your wearing is on spot and clean shaving, etc. They also check your locker and make sure everything is folded correctly and horse shit like that. I passed easily with only one hit from both inspections. It's like baseball, 3 hits your fail. About half of my division failed. It seems that everywhere I go I'm surrounded by incompetent retards. LOL. But there are some good ones here though too.
I wrote a letter to mama last Sunday because that's the only day we're authorized to write letters. So given though this is Friday, I can't send this until Sunday. So tell everyone who wrote me to be patient because I'm busy as hell and don't have much time to write back.
I really enjoyed your letter. It made me smile while reading it. =) *he actually wrote in the smile* Oh, and I got a letter from Nikki, so tell her thanks and I enjoyed it, even though she likes the "dark meat" now. LOL. But I miss you and mom, Liza, Dana, Dad and Zoey. HAHA, that cute little mutt. That puppy dog face always pops in my head. I love you all so very much! And tell grandma I got there letter and I love them!
Love,
Blake, your future sailor

Am I getting Old? Do I not have a Life?
2. My kindergarten teacher died this week.
3. At least once a month, someone else I know gets engaged.
4. Instead of staying out till 4am, I've been getting up at 4am.
5. Beginning to understand the meaning of, "when you're older, you'll understand."
6. Excited to turn 25 because my car insurance will go down.
7. Already thinking about how I can retire as soon as possible.
8. I read the newspaper and check the weather everyday.
9. My excitement in life is what's on TV that night.
10. Every night before falling asleep, I work on my sudoku book.
11. "I just can't drink the way I used to" replaces "I'm! never going to drink that much again."
12. People call at 9 pm. And ask, "Did I wake you?"
13. I STILL get excited to this day when I have a "new comment," or "new message" on myspace.
14. Sleeping in is 9am.
15. Last but not least, I wasted 20 minutes of my life creating this list.

Old man winter GO AWAY!!!
It seems like every time we have a winter storm, I need to go out in it. Oh no, it couldn't snow on the days I have off and just want to be a couch potato anyway. I work, it storms.... I want to go somewhere, it snows. AHHH!On a brighter note, my mom got a letter from Blake this week. He stated, the past 11 days have been the hardest/longest days of his life. He ensured her he was doing OK though, he just needed to get used to it. He graduates the 11th of April but unfortunately, I won't be attending. :o( This is SO my luck. I agreed to be in Kayla's wedding the 12th! FIGURES! I never have anything to do and then I have two things scheduled the same weekend. *sigh*
I hope everyone is doing ok! Love you all!!
I NEED A VACATION!!

Once upon a time........

After drinking all the margarita mix, they then head to a house party.
At this time, it was about 9:30pm and they were all feeling pretty tanked while everyone at the party was as sober as could be. So Julia yells out, "Whoooooooo!" in a high, loud pitched voice to try and get the party started. No one was impressed by her enthusiasm. Eventually, people started to loosen up and drink around the table.
As the night got later, people started drinking more and getting really drunk.
*Ding Dong* Scott is at the door. He finally arrives! At this time, it's about 11:30pm. So Scott double fists (like always) and starts hammering them down the hatch. It takes this light weight no time to catch up to his friends, as he too starts getting drunk within mere seconds after drinking. The others were not so suprised because they know Scott can't "hang."
They knew the night was coming to an end when they heard Colby say the magic words, "Does anyone want to go home?" Colby now has chinky eyes and just can't quite keep his stance. So they all pile in two cars and head back to Kati and Colby's apartment. Colby went right to bed, while Julia, Scott, Kati and Ethan (a WHITE friend that Julia brought back)stayed up eating and talking. Kati was so excited to make everyone awesome nachos and cheese when she came to realize her roommate, Colby ate all her chips, yet once again. So she has no choice but to hand out Colby's peanuts. :o) After stuffing there faces full, the gang decided it was time for bed. And TRUST me, they lived happily ever after...

THE END!

American Movie Channel Day!
AT 8am this morning I watched, Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken(1991). The story is a true story about a girl named, Sonora Webster, a teenage runaway during the Depression. Her life's ambition is to travel to Atlantic City, where "all your dreams come true." After leaving home she accepts a job from Dr. Carver and his girl-and-horse high diving act. Starting out as a stable hand her goal is to become a real diving girl. Dr. Carver's son, Al, helps her in her quest by helping her tame a wild horse she's named Lightning. Their early morning practices lead not only to Sonora being put into training as a diving girl, but also for Al's emotions for Sonora to begin to surface. Al leaves after an argument with his father and the diver girl, Marie, is injured in a practice. Sonora finally takes her place and becomes a real diving girl. The act is thriving but fairgrounds are suffering hard times and the show is closed. Al comes back with the surprise revelation of getting the act booked in Atlantic City. Dr. Carver passes away en route to New Jersey and Al takes over. He asks Sonora to marry him before her first jump in her dream city. She accepts but then has an accident in the dive that leaves her permanently blind. Al will not let her do the show and brings Marie back to take her place. Sonora does not want to sit on the sidelines anymore and takes matters into her own hands. Practicing all day to finally make it back up the ladder, she has Marie locked in her trailer while she makes the jump to prove to everyone and herself that she can do it and without the audience ever knowing that she is blind.
When the movie first started, I thought to myself... "this is so stupid." But it was one of those movies that I couldn't change the channel. I was hooked. The movie has romance, humor, and suspense. I just couldn't believe that people really used to dive horses! A little strange to me! I guess I'd pay to see that! I'm glad I didn't change the channel. :o)
Then at 10am, I watched Simon Birch - gotta love this movie! Two thumbs up!
Who knows what the rest of the day has in store for me!
Tonight is AMERICAN IDOL!!!! I'm heading to my mama's so we can make fun of people together- still in my PJ's though... don't worry!

FYI: Happy Peculiar Day!!! January 10th
Peculiar People Day is in honor of uniquely different people. Un-ordinary, extraordinary, unusual, strange, odd, uncommon, intriguing, different, abnormal, and quirky.... These are all things that we think of to describe the word "peculiar". Most of these characteristics can be viewed as good, or not so good. Today is a day to look for the good in your peculiar acquaintances.
